< Ingredients >
– Freezed Edamame 冷凍枝豆

1. Boil the Edamame in the pot. 枝豆をゆでる。
2. Put salt onto the Edamame and there you are! 塩をふりかけ完成!

RIGHT : KINPIRA GOBO ( Chopped Burdock )

< Ingredients >
– Burdock ごぼう
– sesami oil ごま油
– Ichimi ( Japanese Spice ) 一味
– Sesami ごま

1. Cut Burdock in to stick. ごぼうを千切りにする。
2. Put it in the water. 水にさらす。
3. Heat the pan. When heated, put in the Sesami Oil. フライパンをあたため、温まったらごま油を入れる。
4. Drain the water of 2. Put in the Burdock into the pan. 2の水を切り、ごぼうをフライパンに入れる。
5. When 4 is cooked, add Soy Sauce, Suger, Sweet Cooking Sake as you like. 4ができたら、しょう油、砂糖、みりんで味付けする。
6. Put Ichimi and Sesami and there you are! 一味とごまをふりかけ完成!
